of imaging centers has enabled King’s to become excellent at
imaging operations. We have learned physician and patient
customer service first-hand, and can transfer this knowledge
to improve hospital customer service. In most cases, we can
improve scheduling, patient contact, insurance
pre-certification, and information exchange. King’s provides
technologist staffing, and skills training that leads to ACR
accreditation. Our technical service engineers and
replacement parts team can focus on maximum scan quality and
equipment up-time. King’s can also provide scan over-reads
and continuing education seminars for radiologist training
plus hardware and software for PACS implementation and
coding and billing consultation.
King’s business development staff, using proprietary
software, provides individual physician referral reports and
through sales calls builds relationships with local family
practice physicians and specialists. Armed with educational
literature prepared by King’s in-house advertising agency,
each physician office is provided with information to
support the scanner utilization and build patient
preference. |
