The Operational leaders oversee the entire business solution at each King's partner site. They provide day to day oversite to staff responsible for patient care and throughput, scan quality assurance, physician satisfaction, and optimal equipment performance. They provide periodic reports on the various benchmarks that demonstrate the effectiveness of the operation .
Operations also directs the work of other King's professionals:
- Sales and Marketing - Sales and communication profesionals build physicain and patient awareness, plus demand and utilization of your service. Partners receive ongoing analytics including benchmarks, tracking reports and utilization trends.
- Quality Assurance - King's evaluates image quality to ensure oprimal performance of technologist, radiologists and modalities. Periodic scan overeads are performed at Duke Medical Center
- Field Service Engineering - King's provides 24/7 service to enhance equipment uptime and optimization to maximizing revenue and user satisfaction.
- Our Clinical Services team provides technologist training, and field service engineers collaborate to ensure that the modality meets ACR accreditation standards.
