Technical Services

Technical Services TeamKing’s service engineers are all OEM trained on multiple diagnostic systems and modalities. Each is supported by King’s call center personnel, and service calls are generally returned within 30 minutes. In addition, each engineer is located with four hours of a King’s-supported system, enabling diagnosis of a problem to be immediate.

King’s service agreement partners receive monthly preventative maintenance check-ups, conducted by King’s field service engineers. Our technologists, who have received advanced training by our Clinical Services Department professionals, are proficient in recognizing underperforming systems that may be resulting in image quality degradation. King’s preventative maintenance is performed off-hours to minimize downtime and loss of revenue.

Unlike OEM and other provider service technicians who customarily have a ratio of one technician for every 10 customers, King’s service engineer ratio is one for every 4-6 King’s partners. In terms of system uptime and cost effectiveness, this represents a significant advantage for our partners.
