Marketing Plan
Because “The Solution” requires more than just hardware,
King’s has designed a system to develop an integrated market
plan that will support the success of the project.
Four of King’s teams work together to create a marketing plan. In most cases, Operations Management ultimately manages the new service, providing oversight of scheduling, staffing, training, service, and patient care issues to ensure that each is providing optimal service to both physicians and patients.
Business Development creates a plan to
contact and educate physicians and schedulers. Information
Technology (IT) sets up the King’s proprietary software
information portal, Matthew, with a physician database,
enabling the Business Development staff to enter all offices
and physicians so that their volumes can be tracked.
Marketing and Media Services writes and produces
site-specific advertising and public relations pieces and
campaigns to introduce the new service to physicians.
Media plans and ads are developed to market the site to
prospective patients.
