King’s Imaging Management Services

King’s Medical can Manage Supervise and Direct all Non-Medical Aspects of Your Diagnostic Imaging center. Specific business management services provided: financial reports, business performance reports, compliance & quality assurance, customer service, staffing, policy & procedures, operations reports, and King’s business management corporate support.

Business Development Programs begin with market research to identify opportunities and include direct physician sales calls in primary and secondary markets. Utilization by physician and CPT code is tracked and reported so that corrective action can be taken. King’s created and produced marketing collateral for physician and patient education is given to each office and where required, King’s Marketing & Media Services group develops and places ads for print and broadcast.

New Imaging Center Development Programs include a King’s project manager who will coordinate design, construction and manage the equipment procurement process, and facilitate equipment installation. King’s can also manage start up operations to include assistance in obtaining in licenses, permits, vendors for office and medical supplies, hiring, developing policies and procedures, developing clinical protocols, ACR accreditation, and payer contracts and radiologists duties and responsibilities.

Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Technical Service is another King’s core competency. King’s factory trained MRI and CT service engineers serve our customers in over forty markets. Service contracts can be structured for various levels of service and high frequency preventative maintenance if desirable. From their strategic locations, engineers are usually able to reach a customer’s site for an equipment service call within four hours. King’s call center receives incoming calls and within an hour is able to facilitate a phone contact from the assigned service engineer to the calling site. King’s Parts operation, in constant touch with King’s Technical Service, is able to supply critical MRI and CT replacement parts quickly from company inventory, or source them for delivery at very competitive prices.
